YOUR PILATES SPA MORNING ITINERARY:
9:00am - Arrive and ease into the morning with a soothing herbal tea.
9:15am - Enjoy a 45-minute Pilates session with Katy from The Pilates Studio Cheshire, designed to awaken your body and mind.
10am - Indulge in a delicious brunch plate, the perfect way to refuel and unwind.
Finish the morning by sipping on a refreshing English Garden mocktail and relax in the indoor and outdoor spa garden until 1 pm.
The perfect time for a summer reset, escape for a morning and indulge in some ‘me time’. Your morning will begin with an energising classical Pilates session led by Katy, followed by a delicious brunch plate. Afterwards, head into the beautiful English Spa Garden; the perfect place to relax, unwind and soak up the sun!
